If you see an Access Denied error when you’re linking your Stax and AWS accounts, it means the S3 billing bucket you named earlier in the process doesn’t have permission to let Stax to read the reports it contains.

The error means Stax can’t use the IAM role it created, or specific calls it needs to make to the bucket. Your team will need to identify what, in your account setup, is denying us permission to use these things, and correct those issues before we can link your to your AWS account.
