1. Log into the AWS console, click on your user or account name at top-right, and select My Billing Dashboard from the dropdown.
2. Click Consolidated Billing.
3. Click the Go to your organisation button.
Tip: If you don’t have an Organisation set up in AWS, you’ll need to create one.
4. On the AWS Organistions page, you’ll see a list of your organisation’s accounts. Find the account with the star — this is the master account, or root account.
If the account you’re linking to Stax isn’t the one with the star, then it’s part of a consolidated bill, so you don’t need to enter the billing bucket name into Stax. If it is the one with the star it is part of consolidated bill and has the bill.
