You can create a new user by inviting them to Stax. Once invited, the user can access any of the Stax features based on the role that you set for them.
It is recommended that most organizations configure single sign-on to allow users to authenticate to Stax using their corporate identity. If you have single sign-on enabled, users do not need to be invited to Stax, simply granted access to Stax in your identity provider.
Before You Begin
- Estimated time to complete: 5 minutes
- Ensure you are a member of the Admin role in your Stax tenancy
Create a User
Log in to the Stax Console
Open the customer menu in the left-hand nav (click the arrow next to your organization alias)
Select Users from the customer menu
Click the Invite user button
Enter the user's details and select a role for the user (see Permissions in Stax)
Once the users details have been entered, click the Invite user button
The user will receive an email to the nominated email address where they will complete the setup process. They will be prompted to set a password which must comply with the Password Policy.
