If there's a capability you wish Stax could support, or an enhancement to an existing feature you'd like to see considered, you should raise a feature request with the Stax team.
Raising a feature request is simple: raise a support case within Stax, making sure to choose Other for the Type, and Feature Request for the category.
When raising a feature request, please provide as much detail as possible. This may include:
- The problem you are trying to solve
- The benefit for solving this problem
- Any current workarounds
- Implementation suggestions
Once the feature request has been received by the team your customer success manager, or someone from the customer support team, will be in touch to discuss your request.
