How to Apply AWS Support Plans to your AWS Accounts
AWS offers several tiers of AWS Support Plan. Any of these can be used in conjunction with Stax, however certain considerations apply.
Enterprise or Partner-Led AWS Support
For organizations utilizing AWS Enterprise Support, or Partner-Led AWS Support, these support plans are automatically applied to Stax-managed AWS accounts. No action is required to enable these.
Business or Developer
For organizations subscribing to Developer or Business support plans, these must be applied by the account owner. For users of Stax, the account owner may be either the customer or reseller, based on the account ownership model in use.
Users with appropriate permissions can configure Support Plans for their Stax-managed AWS accounts. Use Permission Sets to assign AWS permissions to Stax users.
