"This account has access restrictions" when modifying an AWS account

You may see the message This account has access restrictions when modifying an AWS account in the Stax console.

This message appears when you modify the details of a foundation account in Stax. These accounts cannot be renamed or have their Account Type and OU changed, though you can modify their tags.
