Disable a Rule

Stax is continually monitoring the compliance posture of your AWS resources against the Rules you apply to them.

When you enable a Rule Bundle in Stax, all of the Rules for that standard are enabled by default.

There are times, however, when specific Rules or standards are not relevant to your AWS environment. Stax allows you to disable any individual Rule to help reduce irrelevant checks and findings.

To provide your team with greater oversight and visibility, Stax also allows you to provide a reason or justification for disabling a Rule.
