Manage Notifications

Notifications can inform you or your team when there are developments in the cost and compliance status of Stax-managed AWS accounts. Manage notifications to ensure that only appropriate notifications are sent.

Before You Begin

  • Estimated time to complete: 5 minutes

View Notifications

  1. Log in to the Stax Console

  2. Open the customer menu in the left-hand nav (Click the arrow next to your organization alias), then choose Notifications

  3. On the Notifications page, choose the tab that represents the delivery channel for the notification(s) you wish to view

  4. Select the notification title to see more information about the notification in the Notification details drawer

Edit a Notification

  1. Follow the steps in View Notifications to locate the notification to be edited

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) on the notification and choose Edit

  3. Make the appropriate changes to the configuration of the notification, then choose Save to save the changes

Delete a Notification

  1. Follow the steps in View Notifications to locate the notification to be edited

  2. Click the vertical ellipsis (⋮) on the notification and choose Delete

  3. Review the message to ensure the correct notification is to be deleted, then confirm by choosing Yes, delete it
